Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Summit Ridge Media LLC, which operates FaithKnight. By creating an account or using FaithKnight you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FaithKnight.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to have your own account. Younger players may play only through a parent’s Family.
• Give accurate sign-up information, keep your password private, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at support@summitridgemediagroup.com if you think someone else is using your account.

Memberships

• FaithKnight offers a free experience and paid memberships (such as Knight, Knight + Armory, Kingdom and Family) and a Shadow Realm add-on. What each one includes is shown on the Upgrade screen at the time you buy.
• Memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• On the website you can cancel at any time with Manage Billing on the Upgrade screen. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 72 hours while the payment is retried or updated. After that, paid features stop until the membership is paid.
• Your first membership purchase can be refunded once, in full, if you request it within 7 days of paying and before you have used its paid features (for example a Shadow Realm encounter, a Family seat being claimed, or Kingdom-only training). Use Request a refund on the Upgrade screen. Your account and progress stay.
• Prices are shown before you buy and may change. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Purchases through Apple

Purchases made in the FaithKnight iPhone app through Apple are billed by Apple to your Apple Account, renew and are cancelled through your Apple Account settings, and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds for those purchases are requested from Apple.

Shields

• Shields are digital items that protect your daily streak: on a day you miss, a Shield you already had keeps the streak alive. A Shield cannot repair a day missed before you had it.
• Shields expire 30 days after you receive them. You can hold at most 5 active purchased Shields at a time.
• Shields and other in-game items (such as XP, rewards and badges) have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or manipulate scores, leaderboards, rewards or competitions;
• break into, overload or interfere with FaithKnight or other players’ accounts;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post unlawful or hateful content in names, notes or anywhere else;
• copy, resell or redistribute FaithKnight content or software except as the law allows.

Our content

FaithKnight’s game, art, audio, lessons and software belong to Summit Ridge Media LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use FaithKnight for your own non-commercial use. Bible text in FaithKnight is the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States.

Ending your use

You can stop using FaithKnight at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other players or the service at risk.

Disclaimers

FaithKnight is a training game. Its lessons, scores and feedback are for learning and encouragement and are not a substitute for your church, pastor, or professional counsel. FaithKnight is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Summit Ridge Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of FaithKnight. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for FaithKnight in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continuing to use FaithKnight after a change means you accept it.
